Save time, reduce wasted effort and get more value from the AI tools you’re using by joining us at:
The AI Workflow Lab: Hands-on Training to Save Time and Grow Revenue
AI can generate content instantly.
But what happens next, when you’re presented with a huge volume of output?
It can be overwhelming just looking at it. You might pick through some of it and pull out portions that you can use, but end up with partially finished ideas, inconsistent results and more results than you have time to look at.
With no clear process for turning any of it into workable business assets, you might continue to just grab and use what you can.
But it isn’t quite right. Maybe it doesn’t sound enough like you, or it gets some facts wrong. And now you need to spend additional time fixing things.
If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed by AI-generated content, frustrated by the generic-sounding outputs or unsure of how to organize it all, we’ve got you.
The AI Workflow Lab is a hands-on, expert-led workshop designed for small and medium sized businesses who want to move past just “using AI” to building customized systems that save time, improve consistency and support business goals.
Whether you’re completely new to using AI or already using it daily, you’ll learn to create better prompt structures, improve the outputs, build repeatable workflows and make better use of the content your AI tools generate.
Bring your laptop and expect hands-on, personalized assistance as we walk through specific challenges and use cases together.
Have a challenge you prefer not to share in the group? After the workshop, you also have the option to stay for a complimentary 30 minute 1:1 session with the instructors.
In This Workshop, You’ll Learn:
- Prompt Structuring – Bring a real business task, and your laptop. You’ll learn how to improve your prompts for stronger results while building a workflow that helps you capture and organize valuable ideas.
- Build Repeatable, Customized Workflows For The Work You Need To Do – We’ll teach you how to break down complex content and marketing tasks into simple and repeatable processes that reduce overwhelm and save you time.
- Repurpose Your Content More Efficiently – Discover how to create once and reuse in multiple ways, to transform one AI-generated output into multiple content assets, fast.
- Humanize Your AI Outputs – There’s nothing cookie-cutter about you, your business or your expertise. Learn how to infuse your authenticity, apply human judgment and ensure your content reflects who you and your business are, rather than sounding generic.
- Experience Our Bonus Round: The Secret Sauce – We’re keeping this segment under wraps, but it makes the workshop a must-attend. Based on feedback from our sold-out first workshop, this unexpected section quickly became the most talked-about part of the experience.
Included With Your Registration:
- Multiple hands-on exercises throughout the workshop (view our attached agenda)
Small group learning environment, so everyone gets more help
Expert guidance and personalized support
Two exclusive bonus resources delivered after the event
Optional 30-minute 1:1 support session after the workshop
Who Should Attend?
This workshop is ideal for:
- Small or medium-size businesses
- Office Administrators
- Entrepreneurs
- Content Creators
- Anyone using AI who wants better and more personalized results in an organized workflow they can reuse every day, and less overwhelm
What You’ll Leave With
By the end of the workshop, you’ll have:
- Improved prompting skills
- 2 practical workflows you can implement immediately
- Strategies for organizing AI-generated output
- A framework for maintaining your authentic voice
- More confidence in using AI strategically for your business
This is about getting more value out of the tools you use most, and producing content that’s structured for your needs, with outputs that are more authentic, on-brand, and organized.
We can’t wait to see you!
TESTIMONIAL from our May session of AI Workflow Lab:
“Sara and Liz are both experts in their respective fields, and their knowledge shines through during the session. The hands-on format allowed us to work on examples tailored to our own situations. Being able to network face-to-face and hear how participants in different industries are utilizing AI for their workplace is particularly valuable. The concrete tools shared both during and after the lab are actionable and can be applied to my daily workflow immediately. I appreciate the effort that Sara and Liz put into the session to make it a great learning experience.”

— H.C., AI Workflow Lab Attendee
Thank you to everyone who joined us for The AI Workflow Lab: Practical Systems for Everyday Business Tasks, a guided, small-group workshop where attendees built and refined real AI workflows with hands-on support.
The AI Workflow Lab: Practical Systems for Everyday Business Tasks was a beginner-friendly session that went beyond prompting and focused on real, repeatable workflows attendees could apply immediately in their business.
Co-Hosts: Sara Hodge, Sara Hodge Digital Media Inc. and Liz Cripps, CEO and Founder WACADS Group Inc.
What attendees walked away with:
- A simple method for turning everyday tasks into clear, repeatable AI-powered workflows
- Examples for using AI to handle emails, planning, research, and content organization with less effort
- A structured way to organize and reuse AI-generated content so it remains useful and manageable
- A clearer understanding of how to adapt and repurpose content into landing pages, social posts, and website copy that reflects their brand
- Greater confidence using AI as a tool to support their work while maintaining quality and consistency
The event was a great success, with attendees staying over two hours after the event end time to continue the exciting discussion. The feedback we received was to make future versions of the event longer, to give room for all the discussion it sparked. We took this feedback seriously, and have a new, longer workshop planned for July 16th (see above).
